Burner Info:
Thermal generator fed by solid fuel for the production of +95°C. hot water which is the result of over 35 years of experience of our companies in the field of solid fuel fed thermal generators.
The excellent combustion and the simple regulation system allows easy operation and regulation with a high thermal output. The combustion fumes are filtered through a multicyclone system which can be connected to the thermal generator to comply with the existing regulations.

Equipped with:
• a frame in thick Fe 430B steel sheet
• an ample combustion chamber coated with high grade alumina refractory bricks to improve combustion
• a large front door for the eventual manual feeding and for the internal cleaning with a safety micro switch against door opening
• entirely wetted surfaces to increase the thermal exchange
• horizontal smoke tubes in steel (Manesman SS) immersed in water
• a wide front door for smoke tubes cleaning
• a ventilator for the automatic supply of primary & secondary comburant air for a more accurate control and optimisation of the combustion
• a base coated with quality refractory where the brazier is placed equipped with special grates in chrome pig iron
• an automatic feeding system by worm screw with a heat-resistant helicoidal spiral
• a mechanical fire prevention device connected to the water system, operated by a temperature sensor placed on the feeding screw system
• a thermal regulation switch, a thermometer and a thermal safety switch with manual re-arm
• an external coating with pre-vanished panels with a layer of thermal insulation
