Drier C.K.
Description:
A hopper or an automatic feed system loads the product onto the perforated drying deck. A patented mechanical churn rotates along the drier, mixing and turning over the product and unloading it with the required moisture content, and a flow of hot air passes through and dehydrates it.
Technology:
The M.A.C Officina's low-temperature drying system with forced removal is used to process a wide range of products with maximum heat output, perfect homogeneity and regular drying. Here are a few examples of plant designed, built and installed on the basis of specific customer requirements in terms of products and fuel (direct or indirect furnaces, air / water exchanger, etc..)
All the installations can be equipped with dust and smell removal systems in compliance with current regulations.

Drier C.K.R.
Description:
To improve the heat output of the C.K. version, some of the unsaturated air leaving the drier is recycled, which saves fuel and reduces emissions into the atmosphere.

Drier C.D.
Description:
This version is equipped with a raised conveyor so that the hot air from the biomass drying deck can be re-used. The incoming damp product is preheated which involves further energy saving.

Drier T-2T.
Description:
These two versions, with one or more conveyor belts, are suitable for delicate products with a low specific gravity. With a few minor adoptions, the T version can also be used for cooling processes.
