Filter E.F

Way of use:
The filter E.F. is recommended for the aspiration of dust and of shavings which derive from the production process of wood industry. It's build with zinc sheet metal which is bent with press machine and provided with:
1. Filtering material of cotton
2. Clips
3. Manual roller shutters to fill sacks
4. Nylon sacks
5. Fan with coupled motor
6 .Bolts to assemble
7. Switch "Start/Stop"

Filter P.F.B

Way of use:
The Filter is recomended for the aspiration of dust and shavings which derive from the production process of wood industry and to be positioned on a brickpress machine.

Function Principles:
The polluted air, rich with dust and shavings enters in a quiet chamber, where, because of the gravity, the heaviest particles decant in the cone of the filter and then in the brickpress machine. The finest particles will be separated from the air by the filters with sleeves. The filtered air goes out from the upper side of the filter. On the upper side of the filter will be set a motovibrator to clean the sleeves, which will enter in function at the end of

Filter P.F.D

Way of use:
The Filter is recomended for the aspiration of dust and shavings which derive from the production process of small and medium wood industry.

Function Principles:
The polluted air, rich with dust and shavings, enters in a quiet chamber, where, because of the gravity, the heaviest particles decant in a hopper and they will be easily unloaded through an Archimedean screw. The loading of the materials in container, brickpressmaschine or boiler will be through a star-shaped valve and through an accellerationfan. The finest particles will be separated from the air by the filters with sleeves. The filtered air goes out from the upper side of the filter. On the upper side of the filter will be set a motovibrator to clean the sleeves, which will enter in function at the end of the workingprocess and with still electric fan for the duration of 10-12 seconds.

Self-Cleaning Filter with Sleeves:
The unit PFJM is a unit with filtering-sieeyes which will be cleaned by means of blowing the compressed air managed by the cyclic programmer.

How it Works:
The unit has been built to work in depression. The air enters in a metal stopper-room where, caused by gravity, the heaviest dust-particles are slowly falling into the hopper and then deposit down into the metal-bin underneath. The filtering-sleeves are trespassed by the air in direction from outside to inside. There, the lightest powder-dust-particles are stopped by the sleeves, which will be cleaned with a pulse-air-jet of compressed air, themselves. PLEASE NOTE: If the unit is going to be put inside of a production workshop, there is the necessity of approximately 2,5 mt spare-room over the top of the unit, to have the possibility to substitute the filtering-sleeves.

Bolts and nuts for the assemblage, metal-bin for the dust-collection, cyclic programmer with electric valves 24 volts alternating directly connected and with transformator to 220 volts single-phase and accumulating tank for the compressed air.

Self-Cleaning Filter with Cartridges:

How It Works:
The unit is built to work in depression. The cartridges are trespassed by the air in direction from outside to inside. Inside, the powder-dust-parts are stopped through. The cartridges themselves will be cleaned with the air-jet which is passing from inside to outside. The efficiency of filtering, starting with 1 micron is approximately always 99%.

Description:
The self-cleaning filter PFJ with cartridges is very efficient for the suction of fine dust. The cleaning of the unit works automatically using a jet of pressed air. The unit is built in zinc sheet metal of big thickness and mainly in three dividing sections:
- the upper part contains the pneumatic components
- the central part contains the cartridges
- the lower part contains the section change which is sending the powder-dust to the metal bin underneath
All the cartridges (BIA-certificated) are produced in waterproof polyester fabric and can be cleaned/regenerated several times while using the devices of high-pressure cleaning. All our units are built with 24 volts electric vaive in alternated current directly connected with the cyclic programmer which has a transformator 220 volts single-phase.

Filter P.F.P

Wood-Powders, Filaments and Automatic Self Cleaning System:

Where It is Used:
This unit is the ideal solution for the suction of powders and filaments coming out of the woodworking-production. The filter PFP is built on wheels and can be transported in every place and position. The unit will be delivered completely assembled (this permits to spare time and assembly-costs).

How It Works:
The unit works in depression, which means, the fan is trespassed by clean air only. The PFP will be cleaned by an automatical jet of compressed air, working with the cyclic programmer. The dusty air, full of powders and filaments, is entering in the central part of the unit, where the heaviest dust-particles, caused by gravity, are falling down into the nylon-sacks which are inside of the underneath metal-bins. The lightest particles and powders are stopped by the filtering-sleeves. Those will be cleaned by the pulse-jet of compressed air, themselves. The cleaning will be automatically done each 360 seconds and it requires 87 Normal-liters and 5 BAR.

Equipment:
Sound-proof-system for the fart, filtering-sleeves in felt-polyester with BIA-certification, electric panel, cyclic programmer with electric-valves 24-volts alternating directly connected, accumulating tank for the compressed air, instruction-folder for use and maintenance, CE-certification.
